· Ability to work independently
·Must maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
· Welding and fabrication skills are a bonus but not required
· Strong mechanical background required
Job Description:
· Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
on a wide range of farm construction equipment
· Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical,
hydraulic, or electrical issues
· Assist with equipment adjustments, modifications, and
general farm operational needs when needed
